Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Free Shipping on orders of $59.99 and above
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $12.99 for orders below $59.99

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

All products sold on Ruaoa are tax-inclusive. No additional sales tax or duties will be charged upon delivery.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Ruaoa is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
