These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Billing Terms") govern all payments, charges, and transactions made on the Ruaoa website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Billing Terms.

We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify, including but not limited to:

- Other secure payment methods made available at checkout
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Ruaoa does not store or have access to your full payment information.
Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Taxes
All products sold on Ruaoa are tax-inclusive. No additional sales tax will be charged at checkout or upon delivery.
Billing Authorization
By providing your payment information and placing an order, you authorize Ruaoa and its payment processors to charge the full order amount, including applicable shipping fees, to your selected payment method.
Order Confirmation & Charges
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
Charges will be applied once your order has been successfully processed. In the event of a pricing or billing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order will not be processed. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate or contact your payment provider for assistance.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at help@ruaoa.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation or restriction of future purchases.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to review, delay, or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Additional verification may be required before processing such orders.
