Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, select your desired items, choose your size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within a short time after placement. Please contact us immediately at help@ruaoa.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship using trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of $59.99 and above. Orders below $59.99 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $12.99.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Swimwear
Shapewear
Items marked as final sale

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify.

Are taxes included?

Yes. All products sold on Ruaoa are tax-inclusive. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout or upon delivery.

Will the product color look exactly the same?

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
