Thank you for shopping with Ruaoa. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a transparent and fair return and refund process. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration not caused by Ruaoa
- Swimwear
- Shapewear
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at help@ruaoa.com for further assistance.
